All plans offered by Snetta are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Customers must not use the services for enterprise, corporate, or shared public usage without prior authorization from Snetta. Misuse may lead to immediate suspension or termination of service.
All service charges are payable in advance and are strictly non-refundable. Payment must be made by the due date to avoid service disruption. Snetta reserves the right to charge reactivation fees for suspended accounts.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes are not included in the displayed plan tariffs unless explicitly mentioned. Taxes will be added as per government regulations at the time of billing.
Service plans are governed by a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure equitable access. Heavy or abusive use for commercial benefits without appropriate licensing or plans may result in reduced speeds, extra charges, or suspension.
Customers must not use the network to transmit, distribute, or store material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise offensive. Violation of this clause may lead to immediate service termination and legal action.
Advertised speeds are the maximum achievable under ideal conditions when devices are connected directly via Ethernet cable. Actual speeds may vary depending on multiple factors including device capability, distance from the router, and network congestion.
All networking devices provided by Snetta, including modems and routers, remain the property of Snetta unless purchased outright by the customer. Devices must be returned in good working condition upon service termination, or penalties may apply.
Snetta reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services without prior notice in the event of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Snetta may amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Updated terms will be published on the official website, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
Snetta shall not be held responsible for service interruptions, damages, or losses resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to power failures, electrical surges, equipment malfunction, or natural disasters.
